In my view point, anything got two side.
2.2% shares hold by foreign Investors means less risk in term of their withdraw. If they increase their investment, price upward chances become high.

Local investor vs foreign investor ~ Local investor do not facing the forex risk.
If RM had reach its lowest, foreign investor will consider back to Malaysia. At that moment, got show for us.

as you can get Maybank at cheaper price from market instead of convert from warrant.

Exercise the call warrant C-12 for 500,000 unit hold with unit cost 0.031,
4.6 : 1 conversion ratio with exercise price RM9.50 => 108,695 unit Maybank share x RM9.50
By paying cash RM1,032,602-50 you will get 108 695 unit Maybank.
Means, your total investment cost 1,032,602.50 + 15500.00 = 1,048,102.50
or RM9.6426/share
