According to my charts, if price stays above 3.7, the uptrend is intact. If close below this, the next support is 3.65 and 3.60. However, since the price have been dropping for 3 consecutive days so far, there is likely to be a technical rebound soon.

The main concern is whether KSL's management will make good the promise for benefits to shareholders. And patience is wearing a bit thin. The point is: even if the share is worth NTA RM100, BUT management do not have a policy to benefit shareholders and continue to benefit themselves by paying themselves huge directors' fees (which is akin to siphoning out profits), KSL will continue to limit its value to shareholders and is unlikely to realise its potential TP!

Don't listen to all the trolls including Alex Chan. They have a different agenda and they have always been wrong in the past. SEAL's management is suspect though. Stick with the FA. Resistance today is at 1.13 and main support is at 1.05 according to my charts. It closes at 1.13 today, likely to go up tomorrow. The main problem with SEAL as with at least one other prop stock, is volatility of revenue quarter to quarter. I believe Blogger Ben Gan has evidence to back his pump-dump-buy scenario. The extreme reversal of results despite SEAL's management's positive forecast going forward is suspicious since forecasts for Prop companies with completing projects are quite accurate, especially for the next quarter. There is no reason for SEAL's management to be so wrong. This has lowered their reputation! Bursa should query them!

stkoay, yeah. MahSing cannot be compared with KSL. The profit margin (which reflects the very low land costs of projects), is way above MahSing's. The earning per share tells it all: For Quarter 1 and 2 combined - Mah Sing's EPS is 11.87 sen, KSL's is 36.29 sen i.e. 3.06 times higher! KSL also has earnings visibility going forward for the next few years. Therefore if Mahsing is trading at 2.45 KSL should be trading at at least 7.50 on an earning comparison basis. Whether KSL will reach this price depends on whether KSL's management will make good on its promise to give shareholders a better deal! The ball is in KSL's management's court! But RM4 is supposed to be the margin between low cap and high cap stocks, between ordinary and blue chip stocks. There is very little operational risks in KSL. The only risk for ordinary shareholders is KSL's future policy for benefits to shareholders! Once this is satisfactory addressed (spidee's post is a good suggestion), the share should be re-rated to blue-chip status and rocket up!

I tend to agree with Chris Yeong and Probability. Wait to see performance tomorrow. Even if gap down, which is very unlikely, don't panic. The year's result is very good and going forward is profitable! And there was a recent sell-down with stock in oversold position. There is no reason for a gap down! KSL gap down in Feb 2014 was not due to poor results. Its' quarter profit was 127% of previous year's corresponding quarter. The gap down was due to opaque management which pays the directors generously and zilt to shareholders. For present quarter, they have promised to address this and the share price have shot up. There was sell-down this morning despite improved current quarter results due very likely to short-selling by the brokerages' stockists. But the buyers came back and the price closed with gain. Tomorrow, the upsurge is expected to continue! So, don't panic with SEAL. But sell only if you have lost faith in SEAL!

I don't think so. The year's results is confirmed at RM119 million. Even taking out the one-off income of RM36 million, it's still RM83 million which is 237% of last year's RM35 million. The company's earning per share is 28.56 sen which gives a PE of 4.62. Going forward, the company's management expects to remain profitable.

Tomorrow is 28/8. For some this is auspicious. Let's see how KSL performs.

Mun Hong, that's what the STAR says. Nothing to stop them raiding higher cap stocks. I have some high caps which were raided. I wised up to their tricks and did not sell, they always rise up later. Always look at the fundamentals. But if trading high risk stocks (also high profit) always dump when you have profit even when not reach TP (which is anybody's guess)!
