SS661M. All charts are speculating to a certain extent. That's why I use daily pivot for guidance and short-term trend indicators for buy or sell. In a case like KSL where the longer term uptrend is clear, there is no point high-lighting the negatives in a temporary retracement. And based on how I read your profile, I am not 100% sure I will meet you in Heaven! Laughing (Hehehe......) at people 'bleeding to death' is not nice and outright sadistic! You seems to have had a violent childhood. No?

SS661M, its a no-brainer - should top up tomorrow. Two upright 'hammer' formed the last two days which indicates bargain-hunting putting upward pressure on the price. Tomorrow's main support is at 4.61. 1st resistance is at 4.67, then 4.70 and last at 4.74, according to my charts!

watchme, ex-date is determined by KSL's BOD. The bonus issue, dividend and share reinvestment scheme is proposed by the BOD but approved by the EGM. Now wait for the notice of EGM and resolutions to be passed.

SS661M, TQ. watchme, KSL is different from other prop developers because of its high recurring income from it's malls and hotels (>RM120 million or thereabouts). IGB also have recurring income from Mid valley and other Malls, but no greatly undervalue landbank and its management had raised some questions! KSL, on the other hand has addressed shareholders concerns.

watchme, those I understand are to be approved by shareholders at EGM. After approval, Bursa is to be notified. This way Bursa keeps track and ensure to a certain extent that this is not a sandiwara. Bursa needs only to approve the increase in authorised share capital and related to this, the listing and quotation of new shares and warrants. So now the ball is in KSL's management court!
