Theoretically the company should have very positive news to be unfolded in the near future. Otherwise, why the major shareholder has put in so much money to accumulate 40% of the ICULs? Next few months will tell.....

With the change in its largest shareholder, it may be worth taking a second look at this counter. Theoretically, something could be brewing for this company in the next few months.....

Fundamentally, L&G should not be valued at the current low valuation for too long.... Its earnings would propel to share price higher in the next 6 months when the overall market sentiments improve....

All GOB's projects have registered very good sales as per its annual report, So, it should have very good earnings for the next few quarters. Hopefully the improved earnings will propel the share price to higher level soon

One year ago, CIMB Research assigned a TP of RM2 when it was trading around RM0.8.

Now CIMB has assigned a new TP of RM3 to LBS. When you have identified a company with great potential, It is more worthwhile to invest in longer term rather trying to outsmart or beat the market by trading short term many times for the same counter which will likely benefit the stockbroking firms more.

Based on the CIMB research report, LBS' share is potentially worth > RM6 based on its RNAV if it could sell off its third plot land in Zhuhai at RM1.5 billion. So, theoretically speaking, it is better to keep LBS share than fixed deposit in the long term. It is kinda sure win barring unforeseen scenarios.

This counter will be due for re-rating soon. It is the cheapest oil and gas counter now. Its share price may double or triple within the next 5 months if its quarterly results jumps significantly. Do not underestimate all O & G counters. :-)

It's likely to consolidate a while first before moving up again next month

Danny Tan injected RM1 billion personal assets into the company last year through the amalgamation exercise. Those who have believed in his financial strength and abilities and stayed on as shareholders and subscribed the rights issue shares should have made decent profit by now. Those who have held on to the warrants since last year are even happier now. So, he or this counter may surprise everyone again in a few months' time. Don't underestimate him and his counter. :-)

Since it couldn't break again the resistance level of RM0.28 today, it may have to retreat back to RM0.25 again to consolidate and build another round of momentum to try again....

Kenanga's target price of RM1.43 for LBS has been met, Now it is time to see if CIMB Research's TP of RM2.00 for LBS will be met too. Anyway, those who bought @ RM0.80 when CIMB Research first initiated the coverage in May 2012 should be laughing now.

This counter has been a laggard for a long long time. It may eventually 'wake up' if the management does not fail in delivering the profit growth in tandem with its two successful on-going projects. Otherwise, it will continue to be a hopeless counter as compared to many other property counters having rallied much YTD.

Kenanga's TP on LBS came true in less than 2 months. The same may happen to its TP for GOB. :-)

This counter is becoming more undervalued as its on-going Damen project in Subang has a GDV of RM1 billion and it is now getting another JV worth RM860 mil. Its current market capital is only RM94 mil. It is a counter worth watching for the next 12 months.
