This RM270mil contract is for about 18 months. In other words, it will contribute additional revenue of RM 15mil per month. If it can increase the PAT by RM1.5mil per month based on the last 4 quarters performance, this will add fuel to its share price upward movement in the next few quarters. Huat ar!!!!!

Given the reasonably good location, its Home Tee project alone should provide clear earning visibility for the next 3 years. Of course, its other projects in its home state - Johor will also supplement its income stream. It should climb above RM2 in a year or two if its PAT climb to RM 50mil pa.
