I like chocolate n I believe that this company has pontential n the price will advance. Just like pwroot when the price was at 50 sen nobody bothered to buy but when it reached RM1.00 everybody chasing after it. I've just keyed in two items to buy pmcorp at 34.5 sen n 35 sen n hope that any one of the item will be successful, if both so much the better.

AyamTua, I've just read ur above thread in which u stated ur TP 1.38 which I think is not beneficial to us when v bought the share at 35 sen ...........as follows:- 35x4=1.40-1.38=2
4 shares of 25 sen converted into 1 share of RM1.00 valued at RM1.38.......negative 2 sen.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Tg. I think the above is a guessing game only.

Calvin, to tell u frankly i'll not get myself involved in datuk khoo's counters again as i've kept his MUI for more than 20 years n see how much is the price now. The shares price I bought during that time was around RM4.80 n I'm still holding the shares until today. I also bought PMIND few months back n sold all at a loss. The counter falls under PN 17 but all the while there is no further development but silent all the way.

Too many sellers at 28 sen n will be very dificult to break .............whenever got buyers at 28 sen sellers keep on increasing...............how to clear all!!!???

I think today hard to break 28 sen lah............

A lot of contra players now I think giving away at 27.5 sen reducing buyers queue lower .............

Pwroot has again declared a 4 sen dividend which brings the total for the year to 8 sen n is very good enough.

This counter will also be affected by RPGT as it is also doing properties development if I'm not wrong n that's why it's dropping instead of going up. My opinion only.

With the imposition of RPGT most banks will be affected owning to lesser demand for property loans like housing loans n other related loans.

Since now most property counters r badly hit by the RPGT, I don't think other property companies r looking for PW properties yet n this counter won't go up much. My opinion only.
