on last year 21/04, the price was moving around 0.105 to 0.11. At that point of time, the result by COA is still a question mark. One year later, the price slowly bounced back to 0.105 after hibernating for 6 months @ 0.08. Dear frens, this stock is a potential stock and the price is going to shoot up very soon just like Boonkoon(7187) 1 day increase 50% for warrant.
1st positive point=DPS has won the case (better than 21/04 last year which the result from COA was still a question mark at that point of time)
2nd positive point=DPS had turned around from riding on bank borrowings to NET CASH position
3rd postive point=Tanjung Minyak Project is a sellable housing development projects
4th positive point=The court case is approaching to the end. The 24/04 court case is the final decision.Tafsiran di depan YM Hakim means there will be answer on the coming 24/04 court case.

Boonkoon (7187) is very similiar case to DPS. My target price for DPS is 0.25 and 0.40

i think 0.25 is the target price for short term and 0.45 for long term. If buy now and wait for 1 month, the return is about 150%. which is better than any other stock. The fundamental support level is @ 0.10. Catch before too late.

Dear Frens, i think lots of the investors earn money via this counter. Some bought at 0.075, some bought at 0.080 and some bought at 0.085; sold their shares this morning @ 0.095 or 0.10. Congratulations.... I sold 10% of my total DPS shares and will keep and wait for it to fly skyhigh. Now, MSIG is liable for the insurance claim and the question now is only the quantum. If the quantum award by the coming high court hearing on 24/04/17 is 50% of the previous awareded amount; i think this shares is going to bounce back to 0.145 provided this share stagnat at 0.10. If the price keep increasing to 0.135 or 0.140 until 24/04/17, i think this share going to fly to 0.20 after the court case.For those who wanna sell, please wait a little longer; for those who wanna buy, do it fast. One year ago the highest price of DPS is about 0.145-0.15. Now, the court case is approaching to the end, common sense will tell you the price is going to bounce back to 0.145-0.150 or even higher. I have done the calculation and found out that the volume for the past 8 working days close to 14Million shares traded. This show a good sign that shark and bb is accumulating the shares.The company successfuly turnaround with close to zero gearing. The bank borrowings reduced from RM1.2Million to merely not more than RM80K. This company is a net cash company with zero debt. With the compensation from the MSIG will definitely enhance the cash flow position of customer which will translate into increase in share price to the highest level. 0.145-0.150 is not dream. Buy while hot........

next case managment is on 17/03, after the case management will be trial/ hearing. Which is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from 17/03. Assuming the trial/hearing is on mid of april, the result will out most probably on mid of May. Happy waiting for the court case..... Will keep for 1 more week, if the qtr result is sux then will sell and buy all in MBSB.......

Yup, tomorrow is merely a case management. If not mistaken, the hearing date will decide on tomorrow if not new evidence furnish by both parties. So gonna wait for few more months...The qtr result should be improving, their net cash position is a plus point.

I think this stock gonna stangant for at least 1 to 2 years. I going dispose my shares d. No hope for this stock. Sell now and buy back when the court case is final. Jjchan, the 13-16million maybe is contra shares, maybe the buyer didn't take the shares.....

Assuming DPS got RM9.5Million from MSIG, the share price will hit 0.12 or 0.13 which is 50% increment from the current price at RM0.08. I also noticed 1 thing, based on the latest quarter result; DPS was in net cash position and without utilizing any Overdraft. Meaning to say that DPS's financial is changing to be better compared to last few years(mainly riding on Overdraft Facility).
So in short term, we can expect to see the share price movement anytime from now....

Can anyone confirm that 65million shares already in someone's pocket? So meaning to say that, the BB will goreng this counter very soon? I think the reassement will come to the end very soon. I have checked with my solicitor fren, acoridng to him; for tafsiran ganti rugi normally can get it done within 2 months from the 1st case manegement date. If what JJchan said is true, i think the BB will goreng this counter anytime from now.

The reassessment gonna takes approximately 6 months to go. If MSIG still not happy with the reassessed sum, can they appeal it (reassessed sum) again???I prefer to go for out of court settlement. RM9.5Million (half of the claim sum) or RM14.25Million also ok.... I have been holding the shares since April last year and i think gonna hold for 1 more year......Alamak. ....

Good news, court case for reassesment is closed for 23/01/2017. Meaning to say that DPS won at Federal court??. That is why no need to go back for reassesment??Hooray. DPS Up Up Up...........
