The JV property project is on. I went down to Malacca last weekend and went to look ard Tmn. Seri Tanjung Minyak. The developer next to the said development project achieved fully sold record. According to the developer, the freehold title properties were sellig like hotcake. He said,DPS project can sell well as the location and the freehold title are well accepted by malacca ppl with reasonable. U guys can call to the developer office and ask. I am thinking whether wanna book 1 shoplot there? any advice? Or shall me make a business trip to visit Peter and buy the property!!!

Mr. Mea's signature ABS project was Cepat Assets Berhad for RM500Million. Yes, is RM500Million. Mr. Mea just like a 5-star commander, he wont just join DPS for fun. Just ask yourself? The 4th quarter result of FYE 2017 provides the following signal:
1. During its worst quarter normally the 4th quarter, DPS successfully reduced the net loss from 1.738Million to the latest net loss of RM200K. I would say this indicate that customer had performing quite well and had successfully turnaround the company.
2. Just ask yourself, customer can narroweed down the losses for its worst quarter. IT shows that the managment can perform better for its next coming quarter.
3.The property development project in hand worth RM189MIllion. Based on the quarter result, the profit margin for its property segment is close to 31.05%. Assuming the profit margin forecasted at 30% for its RM189Million project (5 years). The annual profit would be RM11.718Million which is 9x to 10x more than the current situation (RM189Million x 31% /5 years. The forecasted property profit can offset the losses of its manufacturing segment.
4.Net cash company, FYE 16, the total borrowings stood at RM2.104Million. As at latest quarter the cash flow position shown a cash and bank balances of RM1.03Million with the borrowings of merely 38K. It shows the cash flow position of DPS has successfully turnaround.
5.The NTA remained unchanged at RM0.20
6.Dun be surprise the company might submit an amended quarter result as the net losses reported for its manufacturing segment is a bit funny to me.
