The offier attended the case management was unable to decide the date for Judge, hence, she has to wait for judge to confirm the available time slot. If the next date is a case management, i think the officer can decide the date within her capacity....So now is good news......Time to celebrate...hooray.......Those who sell cheap today, i am quite pity for you guys.....haha... Based on weather forecast 东风 is on 04/07........Target Price=0.105/0.11

BB purposely put low buy queue at 0.09. Try to scare ppl. But to me, since 04/07 just about 2 weeks from now, might as well wait for it to fly sky high. Hold tight. The buy queue @ 0.09 is fake 1. Yesterday, the transactionn value is close to RM180K but y the price maintain at 0.09? If you use RM180K to goreng this counter, the share price will shoot up to 0.105. The conclusion is that BB is trying to scare ppl to sell cheap to them. Once, they accumulate enough then will goreng it. As small investors, we should act before BB. To me, to buy at 0.095 is better than you get nth after BB show hand.....After BB show hand, the price going top shoot up to 0.105 anytime within few minutes.

If the court case is appeallable, then BB gonna goreng it this year. Or else gonna wait for next 2 years based on Mango2 statement. So more reason for BB to goreng this counter.....haha....For me, it makes no sense to appeal it again after the reassessment by another high court judge in coming July. If that is the case, the federal court should decide the figure during this year January. Serve no purpose to revert the case to high court and route back to COA and Federal Court again....Mango2, really good at mislead ppl.

Haha. In Jan Mango2 always gave negative comments. End up, the price increased from 0.75 to 0.110. Now he said that at this juncture of time, i think this round will increase from 0.09 to 0.105. in less than 2 weeks time. Somemore next week is long weekend with only 3 working days. Dear frens, i am so surpised yesterday's transaction volume and price. I am really pity for those who sold at 0.09 yesterday. The BB is laughing all the way and waiting to sapu more stock. I think BB will start to push up the price on next Wednesay. (BEAR IN MIND IS NEXT WEDNESDAY)
I can conclude the shareking1 is BB... Last year he kept saying DPS lost the court case. So i suspect he is now trying to ask ppl to sell low to him.So he can sell high on 04/7.
Just ask yourself, if the case managment is not favourable to DPS; BB will definetely sell now and sapu after 04/07.

shareking1, the case managment for Tafsiran Ganti Rugi started since Jan after court the judgement from Federal Court, There is KPI for the high court to comply. Furthermore, this case is only tafsiran ganti rugi since Federal Court already given their judgement.

I just realized 1 thing, when Pn. Nur Hidayah sit in for the case management always got development 1 and followed by Bursa Announcement. Previous 1 case managment on May the officer was Puan Wan Azira with no development. What i trying to say is that i assume the officer in charge of this case is Pn. Nur Hidayah and sure there will be latest development.....
Just ask yourself if you are MSIG, will you drag further? The answer is no, cz the longer it drag the amount is to be compunded with interest. So MSIG also would like to settle the case soonest possible. So the case management on 04/07 will bring new development and the case is towards tail-end.

DPS will use the judgement from high court to chase after HSBC Takaful for another RM11.5Mil.

After the court case against MSIG, DPS will go after HSBC Takaful for claim of RM11.5Million. So how much DPS can get? Total is RM23Mil (MSIG) + RM11.5Mil=RM34.5Mil.

Last friday's announcement on appointment of Ong Xin Yi indicates that something big is coming to DPS.
1 month ago Mr. Mea appointed to the board, 1 month later Ong Xin Yi appointed as New CFO. This is very obvious that Peter is trying to do something big and has been started its plan since 15/05/2017. Show time is coming.....If you buy now at 0.095 and sell at 0.105 or 0.11, the increment is close to 8 to 15% within 1 month. The court case is on 04/07/2017, the new date shall be given for the final tafsiran figure and the case is almost reaching its tail-end. Expect the unexpected.....
