FairTalk bro, i agree with you that 2016 will be a very exciting time for the company. a lot of contracts bagged and like you said, execution risk is a factor. my opinion is, it is largely mitigated by the fact that their tie-ups are with experienced vendors that have a solid track record in their respective fields, e.g. Microsoft for the MLA's, Unisys for SKIN, MIE for O&G. let's keep this baby stocked, and re-visit one year later to see where what it has achieved. MLA is up to 2018 :-)

If the SKIN contract is really large and require a lot of $$ injection, be prepared for some rights issue. save some cash to subscribe to them :-)

jiinsern bro, yes. you will still need to subscribe the OCK-OR that you have bought from the market. so your total cost for each conversion of your OCK-OR to mother share = RM0.50 + 0.305 = RM0.805 per share. compare to the entitled holders, only 0.50 cost. but both will also get the free warrants....

wannabeinvestor bro if you don't subscribe to the OR, then you will not get the mother share conversion and also lose out on the free warrants.

Sam Kit, for your scenario, like bro tewnama said, in the end u will hold 3000 mother share and 1000 warrants.

masinnya bro, I meant the warrants that we are getting are likened to what employees getting ESOS. ie they can exercise them when they are vested. In our case it will be "vested" once warrants are listed and we can exercise within the 5 year period...

The free warrants will be valid and traded for 5 years. Exercise price is 0.71 sen if u wish to convert the warrants to mother share. Think alongst the line of companies giving out ESOS. sweet deal for long term kaki like me. No need upfront cash to be entitled.

investinvest usually broker is able to assist... there is a odd lot market... check with them...

If you notice, the volume today didn't even hit a million shares. You may be right. Perhaps the big boys are trying to get their way. No problem. As for Zoom, I have the funds and will subscribe to my allocations. Will keep this gem. Fingers crossed, will reap great returns one day in the future.

To share further, OCK-OR will be traded between 24nov to 1Dec. those who buy the OR shares during that time will have to pay the trading price plus the 50sen in order to subscribe and convert to mother share. E.g say on 24nov listing the OR goes for 10sen and buyer manage to buy at 10 sen. Total cost will be 60sen.

Compared to those who held the shares as of yesterday (before ex date), their OR entitlement will just be costing the 50sen to convert to mother share (+some rm11 brokerage fee) . Don't forget the free warrants for each right shares.

Lol I hope I did not confuse readers more. Best to check with your broker/remisier to understand it clearly before buy sell.
