hhs bro, masa 1.30, saya tiap2 hari baca post post uncleZ lol
of course palm banyak sweating, hahaha.. but that incident really taught me the value of perseverance and patience. priceless. when market is down, really is the time one learns.

that is also why, i believe one should not use margin to gamble in stock market. invest that one have as extra funds don't borrow and lend, so that one can sleep soundly...

another thing i realize is, say for example i sold all my presbhd holdings yesterday all at 3.27. what will happen next? i would probably quickly park the money into another "hot" stock, and then might end up back to square one, as UncleZ said...

to be honest, I don't really have a TP to exit Presbhd, as I have witnessed the potential of this counter climbing back up after falling to 1.30. perhaps I may sell some when I need the $$.. or as UncleZ has always advised, the fundamentals of the company changed drastically.

Navi, don't worry dow kacau. It's been the new normal since last year. Volatility reigns. Long term no problem.

Timbermad bro, it's expected gearing will increase. I like the fact that the mgmt is being very transparent about it. Building the towers need funding. That's why the usd45mil borrowing that will increase the gearing.

It's the recurring income that will be key. Build and lease back concept. OCK will build n lease back to Telenor. Of course this will take time to ROI. What I see is I expect earnings to flow in from further catalysts such as tower sharing -lease to multiple operators -multiple income and not forgetting OCK's expertise in telco network services - to commission n optimise mobile network - another source of income.
