MJPerak & PRKCorp are tough, though development is brighter & clearer, but need result to push.

KESM is potential. Ah plane, would you not think RM16 is bit of high?

Others don't know much.

MJPerak & PRKCorp no worry lah, high NTA, lots of good assets waiting to unlock only.
Theme park will have in future cash flows and restructuring of company can help. Don't forget last 2 year they offer GO at 3.99!! SIME DARYBY turn it down. why? Think.
