Whatever it is, do u seriously think the privatised plan would be aborted bcoz of floods? Have u not seen floods before? Everywhere is floodings. What is the big deal? The privatised plan is on the perspective and holistic views and needs of HDD industry. The privatised plan is to facilitate for growth and survival and for further structuring in the group.

And let me add this: Stock price is by insider move/shareholder nod. Just look at their shareholdings then u know who is moving the price. Any clear reasons for this? Yes. So they dont hv to pay a cent for privatision. Market pay for it. Anymore? Yes.they will be a good guy at last at EGM. Minority will thank them alots. Anymore? YES YES they will become honorable businessman. In business honour worth millions more.
