Don't quite like their nature of business. Hire purchase financing, repossession (tarik kereta) and the like...For exposure to the finance/banking sector, there many other good stocks. This IPO not in my list.

Made 6.2sen in FY12...say 8sen in FY13 (based on enlarged share capital of 125m upon listing)...if use a PER of 12x, may be worth 0.96. If PER of 15x...worth RM1.20. But I don't think mkt will give a high valuation to this stock. MBSB is trading at 10x PER. A finance stock like Desa shouldn't be getting a good premium. This is my guestimate. I may be wrong.

If 80 sen is what the FV, then it's pegged at around 10x PE, close to MBSB. Small finance-related stocks like this will normally be given a vast discount to the banking blue chips.
