It depends...since most of the pirahna only sit in front of the monitor or group together to scream for the counter to move.But,please don't forget this not a horse racing,the counter will not hear your motivate voice :)For a safe heaven,bursa or individual possibly can form a small union to group up all the small IPO holder to defense their right during AGM meeting.
