Gentle reminder please note that the net profit is RM 52.3 million. With Eksons share of 164.213 million the net profit is RM 0.32 rather than RM 0.51.

The catch is the cash the are having after the land sales is about RM 1 per share. This excludes the earnings from their timber business. So at the current price is very cheap! I think this time we can see a run up pass RM 2-2.50
