1) If KL best to best is near MRT Stations. In Singapore Properties Near MRT Stations are priced 10% to 20% higher.

2) In Penang Island, Landed property will continue to be in demand as land is scarce like Hong Kong. Some parts of Penang too hilly for housing.

3) Melaka will continue to boom due to tourism & one of 5 High Speed Train Station Stops

4) The Very Best Still Landed Properties in Iskandar. And Developers having Big Undervalue Land Banks like MP Corp & Mulpha for Landed Houses will thrive. Avoid all High Rise Condos in Iskandar. Govt should ban all new Condos RIGHT NOW!

Sentosa properties dropped 40-50%. If high rise cannot get rental yield more than 3% p.a., paying off loan will be an issue. The days of flipping properties is "temporary" over.

The Only properties in Malaysia is found in Iskandar Region. You can still get a double storey house with 7 rooms 3 baths for only rm200k with rental yield for rm1,200 pm. Yield is 7%

Also Semi Dee Corner With 3500 sf land. 9 rooms 7 baths 7 car parks for Rm990k
