What fraud? Point out the alleged fraud... this part by part is boring... you seem to have run out of story n are prolonging the boring story. The only problem seems to be Vincent. Why he assigned his shares would be irrelevant to the company performance. Was the shares sold below value? Wasn't there a loan on the assets of that disposses company and maybe this wasn't paid or something or waiting for some approval and many other things could explain the "void"? All talk and no substance lar... all smoke screen. So far I see nothing of substance. May be part 5 will bring more story. Don't forget, many sequel movies fail as the steam is lost along the way...
