Good stock Hevea (30% div policy now)you sold. MKH is not a good dividend stock(no div policy)as its price is high not tally with div pay out.

Big portion of MKH profits is contributed by its properties business. Even though it is expanding into plantation, do you think it will be able to sustain its revenue & profit? please advice =)
