在Fy2017年开始将陆续大力推出可负担房屋，
GE coming in this year and 可负担房屋是Barisan National 的其中一项重要的计划推行给人民，
如果BN 继续带领大马2017-2022，

将大力推行至全州属，当中北马将会是大大受益。

本人推测，EPS Fy2017 维持在每一季报的3.75 - 4.00 cent
那么，3.75 cent@4=RM0.15 比益本区区的只停在7x 就好，（7x 至10x 比益本Fy2017 年）
最低可以来到RM1.05 至 RM1.50。

再看看4.00 cent@4 季报=RM0.16 （7x 至10x 比益本Fy2017 年）
股价都有可能达RM1.12 至RM1.60。

所以，吉打建筑的Fundamental Value of RM1.38 是可成真！
