Can only buy cheap stocks at rock bottom price based on these very important criterias:
1. The stock MUST HAVE SUPPORT FROM NET NET ASSETS OF GREAT VALUE. These will be defense against debt, lawsuit or liquidation.
2. DIRECTORS MUST NOT SELL BUT INSTEAD KEEPING ON ACQUIRING SHARES AND HOLDING TIGHT TIGHT.
Stocks which Directors sold down and jump ship are no no.
3. These are CADIDATES FOR TURNAROUND OR TAKEOVERS!!
