ESOS at that 50 sen par value was mentioned by one Remisier from UOB Kayhain. He said it cannot fall below par value of 50 sen. How true i need to check on it.
The report month of July 2017 could be delayed reporting.
In any case INSIDERS bought from ESOS at 50 Sen instead of buying from open market at much cheaper prices.
This was due to the limited amount of Bpuri shares traded in the open market. As they wanted huge volume the only way is through ESOS in huge volumes.
Over the years bpuri shares have weakened while some sold at loss Insiders never sell any but continued to load up and load up even more as prices go lower.
Just follow insiders closely
