1) Property stock
2) Q2'18 annualised profit Way below Profit guarantee of RM82m (assuming RM41m each year)
3) Take profit guarantee for EPS calculation, RM0.155 (PE 13.3), RM0.20 (PE 17.2)
4) Annualised Q2'18 result, RM0.155 (PE 20.9), RM0.20 (PE 27)
5) Share consolidation 7:1 soon to RM1.085
