The "Manifesto" clearly agreed that TDM will pass the PM to DSAI after two years term. The "Manisfesto" is the basis of agreement for the formation of PH coalition. I don't understand why the matter still need to discuss in the presidential council meeting. Do presidential council can decide the fate of the PM. The passing of PM lie in the hand of TDM whom has promised to do so. This is my layman's opinion only on without prejudice basis to parties involved.
