Weigh the so many 'ifs' and assumptions before taking any actions. Rosy picture does not mean little risks. Look at Singapore Hyflux power plant. Everybody including government authorities, analysts, etc... painted a very rosy of this project. See what happens now! All the investors in this project are likely to lose their pants!!!

well, I got both.

Jaks for long term investors, enough certainties. ...more than 99.9% in Bursa. Just make sure keep for long term, got enough to make sure it is meaningful but not enough to cause stress.

For Armada its 1-2 months money 30 sens sure sell....when loan is refinanced, sure go up a few days.
