The spin doctor is using the transition issue to twist and slither away from being accountable for this distressful time. INVESTORS ARE NOT DUMMIES. AN UNCLEAR TRANSITION MEANS UNKNOWN POLITICAL STABILITY AND ECONOMIC PLANS. While the Dr deems fit for him to hang on like a chimp to power, investors too takes the wait and see approach.
