can buy expensive Toyota/Honda/Nissan over cheaper Proton/Perodua
can buy expensive Starbucks over cheaper kopitiam kopi

but cannot buy house? truth is malaysians are spoilt! they want everything cheap, even a BUNGALOW!

Actually houses has gone up, u need to have a budget about rm 130k even u shop for a low cost apartment in klang valley loh...!!
