they are occupying the state lands illegally. they are at the wrong first. When they cleared the land illegally, they already expect this day will eventually come.

you cannot say authority are robbers.

if illegal land occupying can be allowed like this & legalize so easily, next day, all the citizen will starts to encroach the forest reserve & start claiming the lands are their.

what is wrong is wrong. don't defend something is wrong.

so after that the authorities will ask the farmers to grow back all the 1000 years old forest trees felled back as per original, if not, another legal case will follow? never ending story?

I can tell you, there is no way the land authority will allow the illegal land be legalized. the moment they legalized it, it will set the example for future reference.

They will always be illegal land occupations , when argument arise. They same group of culprit will said" hey, how come this case they can legalize it?".

so forget about legalizing the land, it won't happen.

now the farmers can only think how to minimize their losses / damage.
