They sleep on the sleep. That is their TALENT.
They are so busy, that even a HOTLINE call cannot be attended.
Even if attended, you are either put on hold forever or passed around until the line drops dead.

With blazing technologies and information at "finger-tips", still the quality of service is far worse than centuries ago.

This sickness have contaminated even private companies and GLCs.
These are very sick workforce.

The problem lies with political leaders and managments.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR CARE !!
