They are very wise to use alternative oil. For example sesame seed oil has many health benefits besides being cooking oil. Yes, it is expensive but it is safe.
Who wants cheap but unhealthy palm oil. By consuming palm oil over the years, the savings you made maybe used for severe health condition.
