the education system is just entombment for children and employers seek results-driven employees obviously there will be a mismatch in securing a job. this problem have been going on for a long time and what have the government done ? fill up their deep pockets hahaha

Look, most employers especially listed ones rely on their human resources for new staff! And i tell you, alot of this human resources dudes have poor communication skill! Basically, they also end up employing those who are mediocre but very good in talking hot air! I mean, those who are successfully recruited mostly only excel in interviews but will not work for it! Excellent observation. Yes. this hidden sneaky recruitment process is a major contribution to low quality and useless employees. There is also authorities involvement with unwritten regulation in this recruitment process, even in private organisation. Every human resource department must have "their" presence. There is a trend, during interview an interviewer from a certain community must be present.
So, qualified candidates are filtered out. Also, certain communities are not even considered. Such is the state of recruitment.

Stop blaming the graduates. Year after year same excuse. If the reasons are true what steps have the government undertaken to address these weaknesses?
Are you paid to just give excuses?
