This type of complaint has been around for decades! Employees complaint locals have no talent! But give tons of talented locals, employees don't dare to pay them more! Never ending excuses actually!

Haha,
Because everyone know the other collegue pay (Everyone in HR know your pay) hence if boss only reward the talent and hard working one all the others/immediate superior become jealous
The best way for new graduate is learn whatever need in the job and then jump to other company that offer higher post and thus higher pay.

SsLee! Or do what most do, work shake leg for few years, then fake resume for another company asking few grand more! Few years later, repeat!

If you are reporting to owner run company then if you are not capable and not prepare to put in the hard work you won't last 1 week.

I always believe in hiring people with right attitude & has great motivation & energy to succeed...do not base solely on degrees & experience loh!!
