Almost all Ministeries have these enforcement forces.
To make it worse, they have installed Polis Bantuan in all GLC companies.
I don't know when PDRM commercialised Polis Bantuan.

Polis Bantuan is to assist the regular Police. Its provided for in the Police Act.

Do they have power to make arrest under police act?
Are they authorised to stop and inspect suspicious characters?
