Work from home, loading cost onto employee.
Employee electric bills skyrockets.
Employees living in a small home with family will cause disharmony in the house.
The normal family harmony is endangered. These are collateral damage of work from home. Company offload their cost of operation on employees with no extra benefit or salary increase. Though global working environment has transform into digitalisation, it has created modern slaves for a dime. Employees are monitored through apps, email/message bombardments, requiring visual proof of work captured through mobile cameras. Constant meeting after normal working under the guise of training. Digital slaves aplenty.
