Stop taking in foreign workers.
Pay reasonable salary with benefits to locals.
Automate your damn plantation.
Government should come hard on these kind of employers.
Crack the whip! Failure to adhere revoke licence or impose high levy on foreign workers.
Employers have been playing the fool with people and government.

Foreign labors are needed loh!

Local fellow do not want to work in plantations, even higher pay & better benefit loh!

Also we need to look at the affordability to pay high wages of plantation co, bcos it is in a commodity business.....need to be international competitive loh!

Stop giving grandmother excuses lah!
Employers are not willing to hire Malaysians because they are addicted with cheap foreign labour. High profit, can treat them like slaves without any benefit accorded. If trouble can kawtim using their appointed directors. This is how they operate the cartel.
US is right about labour slavery in Malaysia.
