DBKL enforcement are the rent seekers. Many local councils are the real rent seekers, including security forces. They open stalls in MALLS and employ foreign workers, while they do full time job. That is why foreign worker of a specific religion is in demand.

Just dont know where to start cos almost every system n rule has been and is broken!

1) Foreigners are not given permit to work at PBT stalls, let alone "operate", "run" or own it!
Why dont these people be caught and taken staright to remand centres?

2) The Kuala Lumpur Bumiputera Traders and Hawkers Association president Datuk Seri Rosli Ibrahim AND Rosli, who is also president of the Malaysian Federation of Hawkers and Petty Traders Association seems to be palying a good boy role here when he is the one who is getting DBKL esp to open up many - many lorongs and walkways for "BUMIPUTERA's" to operate stalls but in essence these are parceld off to Franchisee Burger etc who they employe foreigners to run these outlets! Why do we need so many burger stalls? Stop th e rutand let people live healthyily and allow those businesses that obey laws, emloys locals, pays PBT and income taxes as well as benefits to Malaysian workers, to operate their business!

Too bad if someone is hungry at that time, just go to legally approved PBT shops to makan n control yr desires n lust!
