Barisan Nasional (BN), in particular UMNO, continues to be rejected by voters. Out of the 108 seats competed, it only won 19 or 17.6%, thus piling more misery for the party which boasts to represent majority of the Malay-Muslim/Bumiputera community in Malaysia.

Answer : No surprise at all! In fact already predicted! But the essence must be understood! The elephant in the room is Zahid Hamidi! That's the loud and clear message from grassroot! Umno can regain it's voters if Zahid Hamidi steps down! But will he! As of now, PHBN is the best alliance! Umno joining PN is very silly move!

I doubt Amanah can replace Umno! Malays see the Lims as Amanah puppet master! I think PKR can do the job! PKR already made inroad in Kelantan! PKR need to work much harder to win majority malays! They cannot depend on Umno too!

Latest Info :
1. Grassroots voice asking Zahid to resign and UMNO president being replace.
2. Stop corporation with PH and DAP as this anger the grassroots prompted their action to boycott and switch their support to PN.
3. Pull out UMNO from Unity Government because not enough vote transfer between the PH and BN party. It is not working.
4. Negotiate with PN for cooperation if PN ready not to Terminate UMNO as a party. Any negotiation must be on this term.
5. Rebuild UMNO from Grassroots to leadership team.

Truth to be told, the state erection result is not as bad! If held together with GE15, it could have been much worse! But those 8 months period saved PH from further damage!
Anyway the ball is in Zahid's feet! It would be honorable for him to step down! And for Tok Mat to take the helm! It would be wise for Tok Mat to rebuild Umno together with PH! PHBN formula is the painful pill to take but it's the only option!
I hope PHBN leaders would learn their lessons! For Umno grassroot, it's clear, it's not that they totally reject Umno, they just want the current president to fack off!

The only reason BN did badly in these "opposition states" was because the then opposition did such a terrific job in slowly chip away the impenetrable fortress of BN. If that can be done then, PH-BN can definitely have a go at reversing it again. But first, the corruption must go.

The only reason PN seemed to make achievement is due to
1) Racial sentiment
2) Religious bias
3) Not able to continue corrupt ways
4) Against transformation or productivity.

It is laughable to say Malays are against corrupt Zahid.

Problem with Zahid is, he is major liability! Everytime he opens his mouth, sure enough, lose voters! The only reason he stays around is to protect himself against any charges! If one cannot see this, then i say good riddance!
On the other hand, Tok Mat influence in N Sembilan shines! No brainer what Umno grassroot had in mind!

The Only way UMNO to survive now. Get out of Unity goverment and form election pack with PN or Join PN. Muhyidin need numbers to become PM and UMNO have the numbers. UMNO can convince GPS to join them as GPS dont have to compete with DAP and PH in Sarawak. If UMNO continue with PH and Unity government come GE16 UMNO will be dinosaur and extinc.

PHBN is workable! Just get rid of Zahid Hamidi! Tok Mat is the right leader to helm Umno! Come GE16, with Tok Mat as president, PHBN should continue to govern!
And to those who wants Umno to join PN, be careful what you wish for! Majority malays will lose so much from this alliance! You don't what the whole malay parties to band together! Or else, they will sakau left and right! With PHBN, corruption can be curb effectively!

DSAI just needs court to prove Midin is as corrupt as Zahit… then Malay will see the truth about unclean Midin.
Midin goes into jail, PN also no more can say Zahit corruption… This is the next level for DSAI to prove.

PHBN is not workable. The transfer of vote between both party are very limited. UMNO unable to convince its member to vote for PH because PH associated with DAP. For Malay the word "DAP" already Taboo. Its in comparison to HANTU or Ghost. And you ask this UMNO people to vote for this party or PH. It is not workable. UMNO new president have to get UMNO out of this Unity government to save the party and back to its original Nationalist stand. The reality Now is Non Malay is 90% with PH and Malay are 80$ With PN. Majority seat in Malaysia still under huge influence of Malay and this will increase from time to time. Come GE 16 i believe this Green Tsunami will go across the peninsular Malaysia and PN will become the dominant Malay party. PH will become Dominant Non Malay Party. That is why UMNO have no choice but to get out of this Unity Government as soon as possible.
