I am a bit confuse about the dividen entitle date and time.
Can any expert helping me?

1) If I sell the stock at 15/8/2012 before 12.30pm, will I entitle for dividen?
2) If I sell the stock after 15/8/2012 after 12.30pm, will I entitle for dividen?
3) If I buy a stock at 15/8/2012, will I get dividen?
4) If I buy a stock at 14/8/2012 and before, will I get dividen?

4) If I buy a stock at 14/8/2012 and before, will I get dividen? (YES)

Buy before the Ex-date, you will get the dividend, even thought you sell it the next day, but the price on Ex-date will be adjusted lower.

what about sell before ex date?
