Encik Mohd Khairi bin Mahamor, a Principal Officer of the Company had exercised shares of KFIMA pursuant to the Options granted under the Employees' Share Scheme (ESOS). 168,000 shares @ RM1.48 while market price RM1.97. Em. Mohd Khairi benefit will be 168,000 * (1.97-1.48) = RM82,320
