Willow is an established and profitable technology company. It needs to tap on the more sexy tech theme to expand its business in new related areas in order to uplift its valuation.

Volume was very high - almost 14% of NOSH.

This one is black horse, too quiet until nobody notice them, but looking at their pass year result is very promising... Those working at big company will know what is SCADA, is essential system for manufacturing and many sector... If this quarter their profit break record or maintain at 10mil again, this counter gonna fly to moon... Their floating share is not many also, very easy to fly

WILLOW（柳谷系统，0008，主板科技股），成立于1986年12月，并于2002年4月29日上市大马交易所MESDAQ，之后于2010年9月28日转至主板。

WILLOW是一家小型科技公司，该公司的主要业务是提供电脑化的监控系统 Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition（简称 SCADA ）。该公司提供服务的客户领域涉及石油与天然气输送管、废水处理站、铁道和道路管理公司、发电厂、建筑服务公司以及等等。

WILLOW的营业额大都来自合约的收益，而主要市场是大马和新加坡。虽然该公司在印尼、加拿大和香港都有业务，但是新马两国所贡献的营业额就占了90%以上。特别是新加坡，贡献了超过60%的营业额。近期该公司所获得的数项合约都是来自新加坡。

估计WILLOW手中拥有总值1亿5000万令吉的合约，而且该公司仍然积极的竞标其他合约。

既然合约长做常有，那么公司的业绩想必不错。

WILLOW过去几年的业绩，这家公司确实年年都赚钱。

此外，该公司是一家净现金公司，无银行借贷。在截至2019年9月30日为止的业绩里头显示，该公司拥有7587万令吉现金，相等于每股28仙，这也就是为什么该公司虽然业绩时有起落，但每年都会固定派发最少2仙的股息。

This stock is a good bet on IOT theme.. What is Scada ? it's basically devices that collects data and sends over network (3G,4G...5G, Private Network) to a central monitoring system. when the devices become smarter and faster is known as iOT . Yesterday's total volume is around 62Mil share, which is near to 15% of total issued share (Owner already holding 55%, OSK 8-10%), there is a maximum of 35% shares free float.. I am sure it will be pushed up very soon..

Day and Weekly chart for MACD and K line looks like an uptrend.

Even if OSK dispose all the 8-10% (38 Mil shares ) in the open market, retails investors seem to be able to digest it ..

If semiconductor can demand 30-40 times, PE. I think IOT at least can demand 20x PE. Say RM0.80 sen target ?

So OLH no more a substantial shareholder.

Technology is not in silo. SCADA, IOT, AI, etc can be exploited together, and should be the way to go. Hopefully a new substantial shareholder may accelerate exploitation of new technologies to add value to the traditional SCADA.

In their 2019 annual report, the co. stated that:

The Group has also secured and is in
the process of implementing a project involving unmanned aerial vehicle or commonly known as drone for the oil palm industry. Drones
with hyperspectral, multispectral, thermal and even high-resolution cameras can help to monitor the water, fertilizer, insecticides and
herbicides needs of a plantation closely. It can also be used to gather data, automate redundant processes and improve efficiency of
the plantation. The Group will explore for opportunities in this vast market in both Malaysia and Indonesia.

Let's hope this come to fruition. This will be part of AI that compliments Industrial 4.0 for plantation industry.

yes, although it is a good company, but 2017 when the major shareholder take over 0.80 from 6 investors already scared the market. Will it be privatised at cheap price? Anyone know the story can share it? I think recently the share price cannot up because OSK keep selling its stake in Willow.

0.51 a lot of selling pressure, believe maybe osk continue selling. If NA have heart to push up the shares, at least push it to close at 0.52 today.
