The Board of Directors of IFCA is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary in China, IFCA Guangzhou Technology Co., Ltd had on 31 October 2017, received an indication of award from China Overseas Property Group Co., Ltd, who is the sixth largest property developer in China, for the supply & installation of a project costing, planning and procurement system. We have received the fully signed and endorsed contract on 20 November 2017 and thereby we make the announcement on this contract awarded. The total contract sum is CNY10,115,796 which is approximately RM6,327,430 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Three Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty) based on the exchange rate of RM0.6255 to CNY1.00 as at the date of this announcement. The implementation period of the contract is for 12 months starting from the date of award.
