Heartfelt Condo.to A.C.Chan family on the passing of a LEGEND in Talam.Hopefully a new great fighter is born to lead TALAM to a NEW HEIGHT. (I think it cannot be worst than now with it shares price plunging from 10 sen to 1 sen before before placing out it shares at 0.015sen) Share placement to raise money is a better term for selling it company shares for money .A good leader of a company employ or invest in a strong management team like a a good general making good use in the ART OF WAR of SUN SZU.PAST is PAST a new era will begin for TALAM and it look like it already started yesterday as reflected by a 100% rise to 2 sen from 1 sen @ 3 weeks ago.

KLSE look like shifting stock punting to small counters ,hope the management team can make use of the momentum to raise TALAM profiles by announcing some nice strategic moves.like the FRENZY in selling land to DATA CENTRE or JV in something EXCITING even a MOU will create some EXCITEMENT.Even MB Sanusi also know how to create GREAT NEWS by inviting Chinese investor to JV the Kulim Airport, well I don't think the Chinese investor is going to throw money it without DUE DILIGENT and VERY CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, anyway it is an exciting news for a listed co.Exciting news is very important to a listed company.

Chan Ah Chye estate of Talam shares with his family share holdings should not have exceed the 30% level making the TOTAL shareholding in TALAM shares very fragmented so NOBODY want to pump up the share price and maybe if the CHAN family estate manage to buy the 10% placement shares then it will be another story going forward.

As you know the Chan family is not deep pocket so it will be very hard for them to bump up the share price like YTL boss or those IT hardware related industry company.Anyway it is a SMALLISH company with about RM100 million market cap.I think with RM20 to RM30 million CASH will easily bump up the price to 4 or 5 sen but where to find that kind of money for them or loose TALAM shares for RECYCLING.

Trading at 2 sen gives a good reason for the 10% or about 420 million placement shares to go through. TALAM has been trading for about 0.015sen to 2.5 sen for the past 2 years and SUDDENLY last month it fell to 0.01sen within a 15 minutes time frame and a few days later a 10% placement share was announced.Person of interest buying the placement share include BAKULI of POS MALAYSIA (top 20 shareholders) MPHB cap SIAM KIA or the CHAN family decided to buy it from the open market later at 2 to 3 sen for another 10% controlling interest which the LATE CHAN bought it around 10sen some 20 years ago from KEEURO but for small retail investor buying it at 2 or 2.5 sen MIGHT need to hold for a longer period unless we know WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON in TALAM.Any party picking up the WHOLE 10% placement share will make a handsome gain in a short period by selling it around 2 sen for RM1.8 million GAIN at least.Now TALAM shares price will depend on who pick up the TAP.

The CHAN family of TALAM is getting anxious and nervous after the demise of CAC because without CAC they might be VOTED out by the other 60 to 70% shareholdres if they UNDER perform which they are doing now, Even the grandchildren of Boon Siew Oriental Holdings also got kick out recently .(Children of Boon Siew Pek daughter )

How can you see the true value of ASSETs in a company when the management is more concern about the take home pay and bonuses.Apple must be compare with apple and NOT ORANGE , just like the comparison of TEBRAU land in Johore with the junk lands in New Serendah now and NO doubt the lands around Serendah or elsewhere do appreciate alot since the 1990.Even the 2 run down buildings of TALAM HQ in PANDAN KL has also appreciated a lot.Should sell the 2 buildings to Capital Mall Trust i(If they want)
and rent a choice cheap property at BANGSAR to house TALAM small administration for operation or better still set up a coporate HQ at Serendah with POSH showroom display..Talam is a BUSINESS company and should not run like a missionary family business,LET SEE HOW TALAM is going TO TRANSFORM with CAC out of the way.

Now new houses built by Sime Prop have SOLAR ,EV outlet ready mode so this is the trend and bench mark of new houses built and so the houses built by Talam better follow the standard of SD, this is not luxury item but a must have a standard feature in future home when solar panel and EV is cheap .(EV from Perodua ) lazy people love it for it can charge from home overnight and use it in the next morning.

TALAM is a BUSINESS entity and not a missionary foundation and so quickly remove the CROSS from the Church Like company logo before some guy like the Malay Russian doctor find out .I think you guys out there understand the situation if it gets out of hand.I also LOVE Jesus but the LORD did not ask us to do this thing in BUSINESS venture and it must be separated and accepted by ALL people who want to buy the house from TALAM. Don't be surprise if someone decided not to put his name in the offering letter or pre S & P letter when he see the LOGO.

Out of respect for late CAC I did not mention the above before but now is a new era for TALAM to transform .Everybody in Talam have been following the tune of CAC for a long time so it need to start doing something without CAC but not so sure how CAC wife and childrens is planning for TALAM.

Retail investor won't be interested to buy a DULL listed company lingering around the 1 to 2 sen price which look like going to a PN17 company and later the external auditory MIGHT give a qualify opinion so it order to OFFLOAD the 420 million placement shares a run up in price with some positive news must happen or else it MIGHT be a prearrange sale at 2 sen to a interested party .PREARRANGE sale is a HANKY PANKY dealing in which minority or outside party doesn't know.

Actually it has already TRANSFORMED from the 90 until today - from 10 sen a piece to 1 sen just before the placement of shares @ 0.015sen and so whether it can TRANSFORM again to A PN17 listed co or something better like what CALVIN say A PHOENIX has rises from the dust.As for now better NOT BUY and also cannot sell at this ridiculous miserable 0.015sen price.

Do not be surprised if A PARTY throw away 30 million @ 2 sen buying price to a PARTY OF INTEREST and only those who got the share less than 2 sen can effort to sell at this price but really how MUCH share it actually transacted below 2 sen except the BIG CHUNK 429 million shares which give the interested party a 10% controlling interest.

Ecoworld and Sunway will not buy this kind of DIRT land now ,maybe KEURO a subsidary of IJM and also a top holder of Talam might be interested because after all they are the contractors for WCE the highway which happen to be nearby TALAM land .

INTERESTED party will place selling order at 0.025 sen against their buy order of 2 sen that is a spread of 25% so make yr own calculation before you buy .FORGET about the share value as for now MIGHT have to hold for a long long time to make a decent gain when the ECRL complete in 2 years time if EVERYTHING GOES according to plan,

Do not be surprised if the 10% placement investor decided to throw 40 million TALAM shares @ 2sen to the BUY QUEING order BUT WHO is the person willing to pick up the tab @ 2 sen but they are season punter so you can only see them QUEING it up bit by bit as if there are ALOT of investor QUEING up. Maybe a long waiting game ahead but TALAM seem to look quite active this few days after the share placement exercise.At 0.015 sen a right issue is better than a placement exercise for small investor but it look very favourable for controlling shareholders the CHAN family to buy from the placement investor @ 2 sen compare to the late CAC who bought from KEURO @ 10 sen a piece

I think the agreed transacted price to buy from TALAM placement shareholder should be 2 sen and sometime 0.025sen for sendiwara from VERY INTERESTED shareholder and not from retail investor.

They r really VERY PROFESSSIONAL punter even if u can see a few hundred thousand buy order @ 2.5 sen and try to sell at 2 sen also cannot get it done @ 2,5sen ,the just withdraw at 4.49.58 sec, see WHAT I mean - don't play play with this counter.For me it is OK because I only bought at 1 and 0.015sen and just TESTING the water so BE very careful dealling with TALAM shares,must remind NEWBIES TALAM - Most of TALAM land is the ULU area is agriculture land and so need to pay a HEFTY PREMIUM for conversion to industrial land so WHERE TO FIND THE MONEY ,when RM6 million also need to borrow from INSAS at a very unfavourable terms because most of the land already charge to BANKS - Insas is providing the loan on a 2nd or maybe a 3rd charge.
