don't worry,it has very litle debts.It has collected about 20 millions of cash in this exercise of 2 billion Pa rights at 1 cent each.The conversion price is 4 cents.It will net another 80 millions if all are converted.

total no of PA is 977,552,400 (Rights Issues) plus 420,000,000 (PP) = 1,793,552,400

hello all, NOVAMSC going to fly, most probably this week. Lets hope it can go above RM 0.10 ! Still have faith with it ! 2022 singapore will deploy selena+ technology nationwide which NOVAMSC own nearly half of the company !

Yes this ci has got contracts from Singapore gov . Shoes that they have the capability . Sooner or later this co will hv the due recognition from local gov. Been lagging behind too many far behind lmany Ecommerce providers . Sooner or later should be it’s turn . Will keep some as investment
