Going forward these are the reasons to hold

1. Redtone gives better dividend than Bank FD

Now redtone at 47.5 sen with 1 sen dividend means a yield of 2.1 % slightly better than bank FD of 2%

2. Since redtone will save another 2.75% loan interest if redtone raise dividend from 1 sen to 2 sen then yield will increase to 4.2%

This is even better than real estate rental yield of 4% average

There is a possibility redtone can raise up higher future dividend as well

So on dividend factor alone redtone is a great buy

2007 : 18.52 sen

2008 : 21.66 sen

2009 : 23.77 sen

During recession, Zhulian revenue increased n EPS increased , Redtone is down.
