Peak Holdings (BPURI, 5932, Main Board Construction Stocks) announced that it is cooperating with Progenet Innovations Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Key Alliance (KGROUP, 0036, GEM), to develop complete building information system (BIS) products, cater to the needs of the construction field.

The two parties reported to the Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Thursday, April 30, that the Summit Holdings will be responsible for recording the construction process, providing technical expertise and proof-of-concept (PoC) sites for beta testing of the BIS platform.

KGROUP had subscribed nearly 10% through XOX's private placement for RM 5 Million and now KGROUP is holding around 10% of XOX berhad.

This year March, KGROUP had subscribed another XOX's ICPS nearly 40% amounted to nearly RM 10 million.


KGROUP has so far invested nearly RM 15 million in XOX as KGROUP can see a better future in XOX.

XOX is a fast growing MVNO telco company so far.

With this, i anticipated that KGROUP will continue to go up and XOX will go in line with KGROUP.
