AGM tomorrow is to ask for approval to approve directors fees . Hahaha. Duit masuk dulu. Consolidation is to squeeze more money . See what the new MD says about the plans. He was appointed as they needed one before the AGM. I hope for the sake of everyone , it doesn't get delisted. So far the counter has been riding on "akan datang" news and not results. Still got some money stuck inside. Question the new MD muda in the AGM tomorrow on his plans and see if his reply got substance or not. If not also can tapau already. Good luck all!

Salted fish now but still not rotten yet. They saying goes "As long as the salt is there, the fish meat is still stay edible". Wait until the salty fish comes back to life. That is what Kgroup has becomes. Salted. Dried. And waiting to be back alive. Relax and don't argue. Save some energy. Today got some tiny movement. So the bulls and the bears are still locking horns. Bears try to kill the bull but the bull still holding at 3 sen. Tough fight. Kgroup Boleh! Boleh naik tinggi ke langit..(tunggu satu hari nanti) Bila ada orang main penny stock...itu kali Kgroup akan naik...saya yakin...GE coming...pilihanraya akan ada election rally. Tunggu aje.

U guys didn't read the AGM letter u get? All the calculation also got write down, each share is 4 sen x4 =16sen , today just meeting to confirm it from shareholders n have to wait time coming by Bursa announce it , the company sure have to buy n mark up back the price at less to 4sen/share cause the proposal it written already! So if u can get 2.5/3sen u sure can earn from it, n before u buy in high price u still can low back your cost buying. This my opinion. Anyone got go AGM meeting today? Know the outcome?

is this counter doomed? first MD Dato' Goh resigned, then the acquisition of Rapid Cloud called off, now that the proposal of consolidation of shares from 4 to 1 already approved, and that the payment of directors' fees for YA 2017 also approved, then after the resignation of Dato' Goh as MD, here comes another two directors are resigning too... Is this counter undergoing an overhaul process?

I don't agreed the resignation of the MD and Chairman retiring will kill Kgroup. Don't put those as co-incident that the company is tricking the shareholders and the company is dying lah.

Chairman already 60, people. How much more time to work? Get a break is good.

KGroup need new blood. Anybody????

Hold it, when we have good news we accumulate kgroup shares, now we are hearing negative news we are fearful to cut loss or hold, just hold as what buy1sell2 said, dun panic and let go easily, wait a littlelonger until the consolidation process
