Perisai and hibiscus qr report will be released in less then two weeks. The different between perisai and hibiscus is that hibiscus is dept free and 60 milion cash flow. I am not promoting hibiscus here as i do own both, however i think we should support hibiscus too as it share now is at lowest level, oil price is stable, good for both perisai and hibiscus. Lets see monday how that goes. I gues both will report a higher net profite comparing to previous report.
Winding up petition served 2 days ago. Thanks for the news JackMa. I wonder why the management does not openly explain why they still believe Perisai is still a viable company. Oil price may be stable but only stable at a low price. Low oil price is the new normal.
30 may is the date for Perisai to furnish to bursa malaysia his agreement on the settelment proposal with Emas.

KUALA LUMPUR, April 18, 2017 – Malaysia Marine and Heavy Equipment will take on the construction of Petronas Carigali’s central processing platform for the Bokor field’s re-development operation, the company announced in a filing on Monday.
The USD 227-million (MYR 1-billion) building contract for phase three of the Bokor project will begin in Q3 2018 and is set to be completed in Q2 2020. The platform will then be installed on the field in Q2 2020 in water depths of 70 metres. The Bokor field is located in the Baram Delta, offshore Sarawak.
This operation is part of an enhanced oil recovery centre campaign over the Baram Delta and North Sabah PSCs.
Additional offshore activity in Malaysia is due to pick up on the North Malay Basin through the planned demobilisation of Perisai Petroleum and Emas Offshore’s FPSO vessel, Perisai Kamelia.
Emas Offshore Construction has agreed to provide project management, engineering and project support in a contract worth USD 545,000. The vessel will be replaced by a full-field FSO vessel.
Under the original contract, the Perisai Kamelia was to continue working until May 31, 2017, and had a chance for an additional 12-month extension.
