KUALA LUMPUR: Rakuten Trade has initiated coverage on Straits Inter Logistics Bhd with a target price of 31 sen based on 13 times price earnings ratio financial year ended Dec 31, 2018 (FY18).
Calling it a bunkering extraordinaire, Rakuten head of research Kenny Yee said that Straits’ entrance into the oil bunkering business is a game changer propelling them as the only listed bunkering company on Bursa Malaysia.
“With the Petroleum Development Licence in place, Straits is ready to set sail,” said Rakuten Trade. Advertisement
At 11.34am, Straits was down one sen to 27 sen. The warrants were down 0.5 sen to 17 sen.

What I feel that the price will steadily progress to 30 odd cents before a good news that is still pending to be announced. David, at your own discretion to make decision. My average price is 23 cents and I am comfortable with it.
Agreed with Tong... go with the Warrant as the difference to mother share is now at 11 cents, without any premium. Better room to spike if Straits price jump.
Yes... still good chance to get into the Warrant before it started to increase similar to that of mother share. Not easy to accumulate low price as liquidity is limited to only 18 million shares and mostly held by long term buyer through right issue. Should get it while still available.
