arg.... i thought quarter report only out today... thats why offload yesterday and ready to grab some cheap share today...

Today min TP 0.35 up.... but i guess mid term might hit above 0.40 as they going to start the other project soon...

most of the counters r taking opportunity of what happened to US stock market last night to collect at low entries, so same goes to IDEAL. but once it's done it will be a big boom

Q1 net profit is RM1.77M, about 64% higher than Q1 last year. Basing on annualised figure, it should be around RM7M, quite close to the co's forecasted profit (RM7.4m).This shall translate into a EPS of around RM0.05 in 2014, taken into the consideration of their current paid up capital of 141M shares.

If what they forecasted in 2015 came true, they shall achieve a higher profit of around RM11M or EPS around RM0.08 in year 2015. Can this be true? Basing on their 8 contracts in hand (ard RM38M) and another 3 projects to be awarded from Ideal Property Group soon (around RM9M), i believe their forecasted figures in 2015 could be met.
