HYPERQB SB has two directors. They are Li Bin from China and Lim Choon Chong, a Malaysian. Inix bought 25% of HYPERQB in 22, March 2016 for RM 7.7 M fully paid by cash.

On 11 December 2015, Inix bought 30% Galactic Maritime for RM 7.2 M. Later in 19 January 2017, Inix bought additional 19% for RM 4.56M.

Galactic Maritime have completed many projects for many clients , namely Samudera Wibawa SB, Listari Marina SB, Ragawang Corporation SB, Jun Yan Marine Work SB, SJN Teguh SB, Benalac Maritime SB, Arus Kreatif SB, Halcon Primo Logistic SB, Meridian Aspect SB and Rainbow Concept Construction SB. These past 5 years their total completed projects were estimated to be RM 82.054 m. At present , surely GMaritime has some ongoing projects
